XAYA will notify you by way of email and WhatsApp when your goods are dispatched to you. The message will contain tracking number and details of estimated delivery times. XAYA is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints or due to forces beyond our control. All our orders are delivered in a branded bag. By selecting the gift option, you may include a personalized message. Please note that once your order is placed, the gift message can't be modified.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Local
We offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers in India. We use reliable courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders.
International
We ship globally via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, and other reputed courier services. We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. International Orders will incur shipping charges at a rate of INR 3,000 for the 1st Product. Additional Products within the same order will be charged at INR 1,750 each. The final shipping amount will be visible on the checkout page or as stated by our customer care.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers: Product Prices displayed are inclusive of GST.
For International Customers: We ship goods on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
