1. RETURNS
You can initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your product by placing a request on WhatsApp +91 9220604363 or email at contact@shopxaya.com with your Order Number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. must have their original tags attached, unwashed, and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Once your return is accepted, you can either ship the product back to us at your expense or we can have the product picked up from the delivery address at a nominal charge of INR 100/.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, we will process the amount as Store Credit and send you a Coupon Code for the amount you spent (INR 100 will be adjusted, if reverse pick up is arranged by us). Kindly note that any forward shipping charges (for international orders) paid by a Buyer, will not be reflected in store credit amount (as it is an already incurred expense).
2. EXCHANGE
We accept product exchange in the following events:
A. Faulty / Damaged Order
All our products are made to order, and a great care is taken while processing, packaging and shipping them to you. We closely inspect our products for any defects before they are shipped. Nevertheless, a genuine human error may result in a defective item being mistakenly shipped to you.
We make every effort to accurately display the colors of our products that appear online. However, screen resolution and lights may cause 10-12% color variation. We cannot guarantee that the actual product will have exact same colors as shown on your device, thus, we avoid exchange / return for the same
If you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery of goods to you. Kindly place your request on WhatsApp +91 9220604363 or email at contact@shopxaya.com with your Order Number and mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability or provide you a store credit upon return.
B. Difference In Size
If the product does not fit you and that you want a new size, we will exchange the size if the request for exchange is placed within 48 hours of delivery of goods to you. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability.
Please ensure that the garment is in the same condition that you received it, i.e. must have their original tags attached, unwashed, and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Once we receive the returned package, our team will review the reason for exchange and based on the jurisdiction we will process the request. We keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available. If the size requested by you is not available, we will offer you an option to get credit note to buy something else, provided in accordance with the terms herein.
Notes:
Any request for exchange must be placed within 48 hours of delivery of goods to you. Requests placed beyond this period will not be entertained.
For Damaged or Wrong Item delivered, kindly contact below within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, and an image of the defective or incorrect item.

After you reach out to us, we will organize a pickup from your place. It takes about 1-2 working days to pick up and an additional 3-5 working days for the parcel to reach us and carry out a Quality check.
All goods returned for exchange must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, unwashed, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Where provided, belts, accessories, and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, leather tags, etc., should be included with the exchange.
Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back at additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our exchange requirements at our sole discretion.
A product returned to us can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of the product by us and upon our confirmation that the product is in fact exchangeable
All customized orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
Any product exchanged once will be considered as customized and will not be eligible for further exchange
Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges for items that were purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
3. CANCELLATION
We believe that a Buyer makes an informed decision before purchasing, thus, we do not encourage cancellations. However, if you want to cancel an order, inform us within 24 hours of placing an order on WhatsApp +91 9220604363 or email at contact@shopxaya.com to request a cancellation. This allows us to prevent ordered piece going into production or being dispatched, if in stock, and save on the logistics cost and the effort. We will issue Refund via original payment method.
4. OUT OF STOCK ORDER
If you purchase an item that has been sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or Store Credit.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and only in the form of store credit. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to you and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by us in case the product had already been delivered to you. Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. For international orders, we do not give store credit for shipping charges.
The credit note will be emailed to you, and you can use them only on www.shapxaya.com. Kindly note that store credit amount should be consumed fully in one go. If you use it partially, the balance amount will lapse and will be rendered unusable.
